Keepsay is built on a simple promise: your memories are yours forever.
Effective date: April 22, 2026When you create an account, we collect your email address and password. When you create memories, we store the content you write, voice recordings you make, and photos you upload. We also store metadata such as dates, emotions, and milestones you tag.
We collect basic usage data to improve the app, including app version and device type. We do not collect precise location data.
Your data is stored securely using trusted cloud infrastructure providers. Data is stored on servers located in the United States. Voice recordings and photos are stored in encrypted cloud storage. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your memories or personal information with third parties except as necessary to operate the service or as required by law.
Memories are only shared with other users you explicitly choose to connect with and share with.

Each provider is bound by their own privacy and data protection commitments. A full list of our third-party data processors is available upon request at hello@stubborngood.co.
You can export all your memories at any time from the app. You can delete your account and all associated data from the Profile screen. Upon deletion, all your memories, voice recordings, photos, and personal data are permanently removed.
If you are in the European Union, you have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your personal data. Contact us at hello@stubborngood.co to exercise these rights.
Note for EU users: By using Keepsay, users in the European Union acknowledge that their data is transferred to and processed in the United States. The United States may not provide the same level of data protection as your home country. We take reasonable steps to protect your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
Keepsay is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the app.
