Welcome to Keepsay. By using our app or website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Keepsay is a personal memory preservation and family sharing platform operated by Stubborn Good LLC. You must be 13 or older to use Keepsay. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You own the memories, voice recordings, photos, and other content you create in Keepsay. By using Keepsay, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
You are responsible for the content you create and share. You agree not to use Keepsay to store or share content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
Keepsay offers a 14-day free trial with full access to all features, no credit card required. After the trial period, continued use of premium features requires a paid subscription.
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store and Google Play Store refund policies.
You can export all your memories at any time from within the app. Your memories are always accessible to you regardless of your subscription status.
We aim to keep Keepsay available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.
You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the app. Deletion permanently removes all your data from our systems. This action cannot be undone.
Keepsay is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stubborn Good LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the app. Continued use of Keepsay after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States.
