Can I change my message?
Yes. Re-record it as many times as you like — before it’s made, while it ships, or after it arrives. It becomes final the first time someone plays it, or when you seal it yourself.
Ordering more than one?
Your confirmation email shows each item with its photo and its own link to record. If you order two of the same design, record one, then scan to see which it plays on — that first play seals it, so record before you check.
Lost your link?
Enter your order email on our support page and we’ll email every record link for it to that address.

I made a typo in the name
Email hello@stubborngood.co within an hour of ordering. If the ornament hasn't gone into production we'll fix it at no charge. Once it's printed we can't change or return it.
Returns and damaged ornaments
Every ornament is printed to order, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. If yours arrives damaged or misprinted, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will reprint it or refund you — no need to send it back.
